Malanpur Plant Malanpur Plant Established in 2010, the plant is spread in 51 Acre. Plant has a capacity of producing 150,000 MT of ERW pipes per annum. The capacity will be enhanced after the commissioning of New DFT Mill. State-of-the-art Steel Pipe Plant at Hindupur (A.P) Considering the need for rationalizing logistic cost, leveraging company’s presence in the premium market of South India and improving the ROI, impelled the company in 2017 to commission a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit spread in 17 Acres area, for ERW Black and GI pipes at Hindupur District, Ananthapuram, Andhra Pradesh. With an capacity of 200000 MTPA, considering the overwhelming response of the market. This has resulted in the creation of a larger and stronger steel pipes business with economies of scale in the company. With product range of Round & Section Tube(square & rectangular) in Hot Rolled & Pregalvanized options, also having the hot dip galvanizing facility and catering to all special segments like Solar Projects, Airports, Building Construction & much more. The regions covered by the Plant are mostly in south with special presence in Stated of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala A.P.,Telangana & Tamil nadu. Bhuj Plant The Ultra-modern manufacturing unit operating under the parent company Surya Roshni Ltd. group in Bhuj, Gujarat, extensively reaches over an enormous area of 100 acres. Located close to the national highway at the Bhuvad village (Anjar) in Kutch, within a close proximity to the Kandla/Mundra port, this plant has a capacity of producing ERW pipes with 230,000 MT and Spiral pipes of 60,000 MT per annum. Spiral Welded pipes are manufactured here that comes in the range of 18” (457mm) to 105” (2667mm) with a maximum wall thickness of 1” (25.4mm) conforming to API/ASTM specifications. 3 LPE Coating Unit at Anjar-Bhuj: To strengthen and take the benefit of scale of operations, the company has merged SGSTL having its manufacturing facility at Bhuj for export and manufacturing of ERW, Spiral & API pipes. Steps have also been taken for establishing 3 LPE coating facilities for 18,50,000 m2 external and 11,00,000 m2 internal coated pipes at the unit which shall further enlarge the existing product basket and enable to supply different types of coated pipes like 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE and internal epoxy coating which is anti-corrosive and also increases the life of the pipe.
